IACCA is a non-profit association. The concept of this association was born in year 2003 in Japan. The association came into operation in Paris since Oct 2004 and its goal is to integrate people of different nationalities by engaging in creative activities together.
IACCA is active in Paris, Newyork and Madrid as of now.
